These Terms & Conditions govern your use of okpolish.pl. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

okpolish.pl provides online tools and lessons to learn Polish and to prepare for the TELC B1 and Polish state language exams, with content translated into several native languages.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 (or have guardian consent). Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service — no unlawful use, scraping, automated abuse, attempts to breach security, or copying our content for redistribution.

4. Plans & payments

• A free plan is available. Paid plans grant premium access for a set period and are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are shown with applicable VAT. Access begins immediately after successful payment.
• Consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal, apply as required by EU/Polish law; by starting a digital-content plan immediately you may consent to begin before the withdrawal period ends.

5. Intellectual property

The content, lessons and materials on okpolish.pl are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning only.

6. Disclaimers

okpolish.pl is a learning aid. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
